my 8 year old boy having high fever since afternoon...gave crocin 240 in afternoon and again at 7pm.....still having 102.5 fever .Its sunday and no doctor available. when can I repeat the medicine

You have to repeat the medicine after every four to six hours interval avd sponge bath the child with normal water especially head around navel and feet to bring the temperature down abd if baby us shivering then use little Luke warm water for sponge bath

Yes of course you should repeat the medicine the funda with I would say the procedure of using the fever medicine is that you can repeat it after every six hours of the fever shoots up again because it is a nature of fever to be there and every 4 to 5 hours that’s how you should proceed and tomorrow consult your doctor if needed also start doing cold sponging that will help in breaking down the temperature
