My 8 month old have total 13 hour sleep per day Is this normal ?

That is very good because a minimum sleep expected in this age is somewhere wrong 8 to 10 hours to 12 hours in a day and your child is maintaining a very good sleep currently so there is no problem at all in the amount of sleep that your child is having
