My 8 month old gags a lot while sleeping,she gags while i start nursing,she gags during day time playing,she gags if she is sleepy,otherwise she is eating sleeping well but gagging is too frequent what could be the reason

Make sure the baby is burped well , and when giving solids they are sitting in upright position as well,
also rinse the baby mouth in the morning and as well as last thing at night
