my 7 year old, front 2 upper milk teeth break and new teeth start coming but it seems to stop growing after some time and looks smaller in size then usual

A. Dear parent, eruption of permanent teeth is a very slow process. So, have patience. Since the tooth must be partially erupted by niw, so it would appear smaller in size. Let it erupt fully and consult pefiatric dentist if doubt persists
