My 7 month old son got fever suddenly 102.5f yesterday morning, paracetamol 125 given 4 times till now, his poop is in dark green, still fever is not reducing is around 102 is it ok ? He is having breastfeeding only from yesterday

A. Repeat the dose after after every five hours interval and try to give more liquids to the baby like water coconut water soups and even ORS can ge given to the baby
