Q.

My 7 month old keeps waking up at night. How can i help him sleep better?

A. By giving sufficient amount of feeding to the child may be the feed that you are giving to the child right now is not sufficiently keeping the child and that’s why your child keeps waking up so try to give better feeding and if yours is not sufficient go for formula milk
