My 7 month old daughter has on and off high fever due to urinary infection. we have given her Meftal-P for fever and Omnix - 100 DT antibiotics for infection. now after 4 dose she is doing weird potty ( attaching the photo). is there anything to get worried or visit doctor?

A. okay no problem bh it is very important to avoid dehydration in the baby by giving adequate liquids ORS coconut water butter milk to the baby you can give zinconia and enterogermina tubes
