my 7 month old baby is having hard poop and having problem in doing it. please suggest

you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose sug bygestiongested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age

Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
