My 7 month old baby has a slight discolouration around his face near the nose it looks a bit white in color why does Grandparents say he is low in calcium is it true?

A. Deficiencies in calcium, vitamin D and vitamin E can cause white patches on the skin. While harmless, these white spots indicate that you need to eat a healthy, balanced diet.
