my 7 month baby girl have suffer fever and running nose please recommend a good medicine for her

A. febrex plus drops to the baby bj cold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby
