my 7.5 month old daughter having fever from past 3 days only in night and now from 2 days she's vomiting too, she even can't sleep properly we visit doctor and he say it was just normal viral but we are tensed did this is any problem, what can we do???

A. sir my wife visited the doctor yesterday and he say just take medicine and she will be fine it was just normal viral
