my 7.5 l0 is having bad runny nose and cough also.i am giving him saline drops ,also gave allerid 1 time ...what else can can br done

A. Sinarist and maxtra you can give five drops to the child thrice in a day for three days and for a six month complete old child it’s going to be 10 of thrice in a day for three days to 5 days so you can give it according to that and I hope that’s going to be benefiting for the child as of now
