my 60 days baby boy is having cold, cough and sneezing for past 5 days. consulted doctor and giving solvincold-AF and Asthakind-P for past 3 days. still there s cough and nasal contestion. baby takes feed properly and has regular bowel movements. what to do.

A. it is okay and absolutely fine for any baby child to have cold or viral infection while there is change in the season also it can be due to the monsoon
