My 6 years daughter is fit and active but she is underweight. Is it ok or should I give her any food supplements...?

A. hello mom if child doesn't have any health issues then dont worry child should be healthy not chubby still You should add in your child's diet potatoes sweet potatoes banana curd egg chicken full cream milk ghee the leafy vegetables and fruit like bananas or u can also give banana milkshakes to increase his weight take care of his physical activities as well
