My 6 year old boy is 29.6 kg is it normal for his age ? His height is 122 cm? I m worried about his weight

Hello mom his weight is slightly on the higher side for his age .. he has a good height though for his age .. you need to make sure that too much refined , sugary and processed foods and packaged foods .. make sure he is involved in some form of physical activity such as if possible outdoor games , dance , yoga etc
