my 6 weeks old baby biy when crying he is getting tears from his eyes

A. Usually tear zone come in this age but if the tears are only coming when your child is crying so it is okay but if general also the water comes then it could be associated with tear duct blockage but as of now it seems completely alright with what you are mentioning
