Q.

my 6 months old son is facing constipation after starting solid food.. also he is taking formula milk.. what is the remedy for constipation

A. hi ji ,first remedy is ,if possible ,give breastfeeding instead of formula. second , to make digestion easy liquid ,fiber rich diet is required so give palak puree ,well meshed banana, and plenty of breastfeeding to your baby and avoid giving ragi for now ,as babies can get this due to ragi.

Hello mother of 6 month old baby... after starting with solid food for my baby, it seems she is facing constipation issue... as she was newborn tht time also she was suffering frm stomach pain n gas problm so , she is on formula milk since starting... so d doctor changed her milk brand to ban Pro... so after taking nan Pro she was gud but now again after starting solid food she is having constipation... wat can I do... I have only stated with rawa n cerelac.. plss rply for this
