my 6 months old nephew vomited after falling down from bed but he is playing now .

If you see sudden vomiting incident again please check with your doctor because in some cases this can actually be a sign of internal injury and the baby is really small it’s just six months very sensitive and fragile in this age so if needed please feel free to visit your doctor also check if there’s a bulge or some swelling into the area where your child has got hurt on the side that the child has fallen from the bed
