my 6 months old having these red bruise they appear and disappear by themselves what could be the reason?

A. in this query it is difficult to comment here without proper evaluation and clinical assessment in such a case. so it will be better if you consult your nearest doctor to give proper suggestions about it proper treatment is possible only after proper diagnosis isgng formed after knowing proper history & clinical examination accordiing to the symptoms so please consult nearby doctor once.

A. Hi parent I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment please keep your child cool and dry and maintain hygiene properly
