my 6 months old baby has diarrhea for 15 -20 days,my pediatrician told me to stop breast milk for 3 days, asked to start formula feed. when i gave formula feed for 3 days there is no dysentery. when i restart slowly from yesterday again dysentery started. now am getting fear that if it continues whether my pediatrician told stop my breastmilk fully?? I can't give breastmilk ah??

I think it's lactose introlance.Avoid lactose contain food as well as breast milk.

May be your diet is not proper because of which the milk which is produced by you is not suitable for baby.
