my 6+ month baby randomly itchy him ear..

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician4 years agoA. Ear scratching/eye, nose rubbing is very common at this age group. It may be due to allergy, I infection, or may be a signs of teething. If your baby is casually scratching or rubbing at his ear/rubbing eyes, but seems happy and playful, with only intermittent bouts of fussiness, then the problem may simply be teething -- a reaction to the tingling of the tooth nerves. But if scratching most of the times and redness with ear/ear discharge then need consultation with nearest pediatrician .s
