If Who is a fungal infection then get it treated with an ENT doctor if it is inside the year than ENT doctor would be helpful as it is outside then a paediatrician will help you it is not a serious thing fungal infections are very casual they can happen at any point of time but they mostly happen if proper hygiene is not maintained
