Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy12 months agoA. Hai good morning !! Due to vitamin,mineral deficiency nails breaks or grows less or have white lines in nails.
Include all seasonal fruits,vegetables ,nuts,pulses,millets,grains in regular diet.
Intake of 2-3 types of fruits,vegetables along with nuts,seeds,leafy vegetables ,curd ,any millet,grains based breakfast or meals gives balanced nutrition.
