my 5 yr old daughter suffering from fever repeating every six hours with little bit running nose. is it viral Or bacterial infection?

A. hi. most of the cases are viral in nature. .givepcm dyrup for fever in every 6 hourly. give him lots of fluids and rest for fast recovery. ok
