my 5 years old has fever and chills...i m giving meftal 6ml but after every 4-5 hours he is having chill and then fever 102 degree..so can i give meftal every 4 hours?

A. You need to repeat it after six hours not before that and it is nature of fever to repeat every 3 to 4 hours and also I would say that too cold sponging the temperature is little high so that is going to help in reduction of the fever
