my 5 year old boy's pants and underwear is always wet with urine, he goes several times and and within minutes still his underwear will be wet.Im a working mom and not able to monitor him all the the time.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 6 years old and if his under garments are wet always then see if he has some neurological issues to control over his bladder sphincter
