Q.

My 5 year old boy is having fever of 100 since Sunday and fever is not coming down. I have been giving him calpol 250. He is also having blocked nose. can you please advise

A. ok. give him steam inhalation couple of times a day. use baby rub. you can give syp paracetamol for fever. if no improvement after three days do consult your doctor.
