my 5 old son speaks very few words clearly but sometimes he speaks alot but not understand anything i am really worried about him he went 2 month therapy class later we moved to uae i really don't know wht to do now please suggest me doctor thank you

This is speech delay..
Now u can continue with the speech therapy classes in UAE itself as it is important for the child...This will only help to speak clear and fluent. Take care and all the best
