My 5 months old son has got small boils all over his body. They don't look watery and are of skin colour only. what may be the cause of it.

Without proper physical examination it is not possible to conclude anything. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Continue breastfeeding. After the problem subsides try massaging your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil for muscle flexibility and skin health.
