My 5 months baby head is hot most of the time but body temperature is normal.is it normal?

A. Kids sometime can have a higher body temperature that’s normal that’s not necessarily fever all the time so take the temperature if you do not see fever then don’t give any medicine and if it is then only you should give medicine otherwise it’s a normal body temperature
