My 5 months 10 days old son is doing 5-6 dark green semi liquid potty. And there are 6-8 pus cells/hpf in his stool report. He has lost 100 gms in 1 week... please guide

It’s Stomach infection for sure so I can only advise you to immediately consult your doctor and start with the course of medicine and antibiotics because that will help a lot in subsiding this infection so you just have to consult your doctor as soon as you can for it
