My 5 month old poop is in yellow colour and watery without any mini seeds texture is this loose motions or what He is completely on breastfeed

A. the important thing is that if the consistency of the stool is either watery or it is either very hard then only you have to visit the doctor. when the growth of the child is proper and the child is not having any other complaints and stool dconsistency is semi solid to solid then do not worry about the frequency, colour as well as the smell of the stool. d
