My 5 month old baby last two days passing stool after each feed .is it any issues?

If it is not a loose motion then it is not a problem it’s a completely normal thing for a child to poop regularly in between taking a feed or after the feed a normal course of things that you are saying for your child so don’t worry but in case if you need then you can always take an advice with your paediatrician on that
