My 5 month baby girl vagina are smelling is this ok or some serious

A. If it is smelling that means that area is not clean take some mild antiseptic liquid into warm water and clean that area properly after that apply coconut oil and do that regularly excessive usage of diaper and if you do not maintain proper hygiene can lead to these things
