My 5 month baby boy has the issue with his naval. Umbilical granuloma. His paediatrician is unable to correct it. He given gensin voilet. After that applied silver nitrate but issue not resolved. Kindly suggest something.

Hello dear parent.. even my little had issue with navel when he was born..  my doctor also suggested to keep rock salt.. so please do try it (2times a day) and also don't miss to consult doctor for proper care

my baby had the same problem...place a piece of rock salt on it and put a small tape .. the salt should not come out...it will start to shrink and for sure it will get disappeared....try this method several times...my great experience

U Consult a specialist in this area the doctor would be able to give me a better guidance if your paediatrician is not able to deal with it then you can always take a second opinion from another doctor so as of now you better take advice from a specialist in this area
