My 4yrs kid have fever suddenly. Fever 37.2 celsius under armpit. Paracetamol 100mg drops how many ml to give

A. dear mom. m need to give him pcm. fever is consider body temprature above 38 C , keep a watch on body temp and act accordingly. keep him well hyderated
