Q.

My 4yr son cough everyday after waking up from bed it's been a month may I know the reason pls doctor help me

A. it appears to be allergic cough/cold. they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning. requires examination and start anti allergic medicines. meet dr and prevent such temperature variationsg. there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needsx inhaler therapy or nebulization. when allergies are not controlled they can lead to intermittent respiratory infections which needs other medicine

A. this is looking like allergic cough in the nature better to use inhalers. in monsoon season baby will be having cold and cough frequently due to viral infections sometimes allergies please give steam inhalation frequently and saline drops in the nose of the baby
