My 4months old baby has got fitz without any fever what could be the reason for that and is there any chance to get fitz again in future.

its not normal, and need to evaluate his condition in detail, also need done investigations.
better to meet your paedriatician in person about it,he or she will guide you in this matter of concern

If it has happened without any reason without any fever or anything then maybe it is associated with some neurological issue there can be a possibility I am not saying hundred percent it is like that it is better to consult your doctor because without an assessment giving a clarity is not possible
