my 4months boy coughing a lot.Is there any serious problem with this.

in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment.
difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not.

Coughing is common in this age as your child may have got the infection like the weather is changing so viral is spreading quite a lot so it’s very common for a child to have a congestion not a problem you can just consult your doctor a proper medicines to follow
