My 4 years old baby is not gaining weight please suggest me the better medicine

Medicine or not helpful for that you have to focus upon a diet in the medicines would be helpful for every day and then everybody will eat medicines to gain weight and help but that is not true you have to focus upon a proper diet and if you are unable to manage that well for the child to vegan please take help from a nutrition and they have an expertise in the area to Help fellow parents for that
