my 4 years kid gets headache but after he vomits he feels ok and even better...it's not regular that he has headache it happens once in month or once in 2 months it's not regular

there are multiple causes of headache in children and for immediate relief you can give paracetamol which is a good painkiller also. see that the child is consuming plenty of fluids because many times less water in the body can cause headache. the other common causes are nutritional deficiency as wcell as anemia and decrease sleep and more screen time if  going on according to age.
paracetamol can be given maximum four times per day but if the problem is occurring again and again please visit the doctor to rule out any major pathology

Headache acidity and gas these are three things that they can make anybody vomit if it is on the severe side you can actually end up vomiting and it is not only with kids the same situation can be seen with adults also I think because of severe headache that your child has vomiting can be seen during that time
