my 4 year olds immune system is a little weak she often falls weak what do I give her everyday to make it strong

A. dear mum, to develop your child's immunity, the daily diet should have grains, millets. proteins like pulses/non veg, egg, nuts. seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits are important. curd, mint, turmeric, ginger should be included.
