Q.

my 4 year old son has nasal polyps. can u suggest any medicine to shrink it permanently.

A. meet ent Dr usually polyp will decrease with increasing age of the child but you have to see that the child doesn't suffer from allergy again and again otherwise it will increase and may require surgery

A. Medications likely won't get rid of nasal polyps completely. The only way to totally remove nasal polyps is with surgery. Surgery is typically used as a last resort when other treatments don't alleviate your symptoms — and even with it, polyps may return.
