my 4 year old often has dark circles at the end of the day what might be the reason?

Actually dark circles can usually happen when you give too much of screen time to the child or sometimes it happens when you Are seen that the child is not eating well and he is having some kind of a deficiency specially Iron multivitamin so either of the things could be the reason behind it
