Q.
my 4 year old has had a dry cough for almost a month now. it is more during nights and early mornings. pls suggest. we are in UK and have limited access to doctors here. pls suggest.

He doesn't have fever. it's only the cough which is very intensive and not reducing at all.is it something to worry

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
stfeam rinhalattion can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
