My 4 months old Milk baby has a heat body & is too gassy too

A. It’s completely okay if you feel that your child is having too much of heat or gas can you can ask your doctor for some medicine or something to keep it too low and also apart from that gas is completely normal with kids at this age so nothing to be worried about
