Q.
My 4 months old baby has done watery stool today for 3 times and is not taking much feed too.. should i see a doctor?

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children4 years agoA. These seem to be symptoms of teething just check the gums if they are swollen and hard then the baby will start teething soon.
massage the baby's gums gently everyday.
drink lots of water and also a glass of water before feeding the baby.
chew some fennel seeds while feeding the baby.
if the problem persists consult a paediatrician and he will guide you better
