My 4 months baby still motion in loosy only when will his motion gets tight or in which month sir?

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting anguid its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
