my 4 months baby is almost sleepy all day n night...he is less active. feeding s proper poop n urine is normal .I am worried ihe is fine or this is normal

A. hy same for my baby .he is 4month now.want to sleep more .not palying.feeding peening pooping normal.im also worried is it normal or not
