my 4 month old weighs 6 kgs and we got his ear piercing changed...he is in pain...gave calpol drops 0.7 ml in morning....can we repeat the dose in the night for today???

A. ji ideally it can be given at 6 hours gap but as baby is too young pls avoid such self medication ,it can be dangerous
